About WPMatic

Wpmatic.io was professional support, maintenance, and customization service for all issues related to WordPress.

Since 2012, the TeslaThemes team has been creating premium products for WordPress and providing support to customers.

At some point, they realized that they had a ton of requests from users who had their sites broken because of a WordPress update, or a hacker attack.

The first one was more or less easy to address but the second one because they did not have a backup in place was almost impossible to fix.

They launched WPMatic to assure none of these would ever happen to any customer.

The primary goal was to maintain the website’s health, update in a timely manner, and secure from hacker attacks.

Moreover, they could do any customization work to tweak the websites any way you want it…

They offered support and maintenance services: monitor, backup, and keeping customer’s sites secure.

They also performed any customization tasks and custom design requests.

The pricing was very flexible, designed with customers’ needs in mind.

They didn’t want to just take their money in exchange for a list of services. Instead, they offered peace of mind, a feeling of security, and knowledge that no matter what happens to the site, no matter what task needed to be done.

Any WordPress site owner could choose whatever best fits their needs, no matter if they had a simple blog, a corporate website, or a complex e-commerce store.

Working with the service was easy – all you had to do is submit a ticket. There was an extensive list of services included:

  • WordPress installation and migration
  • Regular updates of the WordPress core, theme and plugins
  • Malware cleanup and spam protection
  • Load speed optimization and regular backups
  • Debugging, small fixes and everything else that is required to maintain a healthy website.

Although WPMatic was newly launched, the team behind it already solved around 12,000 problems with WordPress sites and dedicated around 80,000 hours to WordPress development and support by 2016.
